First custom domotica hardware through I2C image

Marcel, our hardware guy has started to work on some hardware to be used with the server.

This little Arduino based device controls an Adafruit led strip, a ldr and a tmp36 temperature sensor. He has cut his led strip attached it to the ceiling. Below a quick taken picture of the led strip in action to create a little ambience.

The atmega328 chip (still on the dev board). is controlled through the raspberry pi’s i2c interface.

More information and details will follow later.
