First development release available next week image

After being on the phone with Marcel this evening, we have decided to set a date to start with the development releases of the PiDome Server.

The main reason for this is that we almost have the part for the system ready where users can add they’re own I²C devices with just a couple of lines of XML and because of Marcel has the howto finished to build the I2C-LTS-LC adafruit NeoPixel led strip controller yourself.

Not all the functionalities we wanted to have in the first development release will be present, but there will be at least I²C support, a limited console, a web interface and limited Arduino Uno support on USB. When the download is ready all the needed documentation will be online.

Expect a first release on Saturday, 12th of October.
